MMS Fitness was established by
Marina Subocheva
a specialist in physiotherapy and occupational therapy with over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and muscle rehabilitation specialist. After studying the physical form extensively, she recognised there was a better way to work muscles during exercise, resulting in the creation of MMS Fitness, a movement that boldly bridges the gap between technology and movement by providing advanced equipment which proactively stimulates motor nerves to train, tone and enhance muscles.

What is NEMS?
Neuromuscular stimulation (NEMS) or electromyostimulation
is a technique that involves the application of electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles in the body. The goal of neuromuscular stimulation is to induce muscle contractions and elicit physiological responses for therapeutic, rehabilitative, or performance-enhancing purposes. This technique has applications in various fields, including physical therapy, sports training, and medical treatments.
How it works?
MMS Fitness wireless suit ensures that 90% of all the muscle groups are trained simultaneously — effectively enhancing workouts to deliver optimal and transformative results. This is achieved through a process known as NEMS, which is when small pulses of electricity are given to muscles when working out.
This electrical current prompts the targeted muscles to contract, essentially mimicking the body’s natural muscle contractions after brain stimulation to elevate the training’s intensity and physical results. In our suit, the small electrodes are strategically situated along major muscle groups, which are powered by a low voltage and safe battery that is controlled through an intuitive phone app that allows the user to control the frequency and pulse strength.
