OnBoard Classes

Our weight-loss class

It focuses on burning calories and increasing heart rate. Composed of HIIT workouts that suit all ages and can be altered according to fitness level.

Our advanced class

It prioritizes muscle strength development and toning by including compound exercises and heightened skills onboard.

Our little spin off of Build Onboard

It is especially designed for younger athletes (5-16yrs) looking to improve and perfect their fitness for their main sport.

Our stress-relief class

for those looking for an enlightening experience heavily inspired by yoga and pilates. It’s composed of low-impact, stabilizing and flexibility exercises.

OnBoard Program

4-week Weight loss program; HALF-OFF/HALF-ON BOARD. Full body workout, Mix between land and water workouts, to improve athletic performance, increase metabolism and maximize efficiency.
